Gynger, Inc. (“Company”, “we” “our” or “us”) has developed this “Privacy Policy” to explain how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information (each as defined below and, together “Information”) that we collect in connection with your use of our website and financing platform and services provided therein (collectively, the “Website”). We collect a wide variety of information including both Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

How We Collect Information

We receive and store the information you give us through or in connection with the Website. When you submit information through the Website and related websites linked to the Website, we collect whatever information you include.

From time-to-time, we may create Non-Personal Information from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name and other contact information) that would personally identify you. Generally, we use this Non-Personal Information in statistical analysis to help us analyze patterns in the use of our business. We reserve the right to use and disclose Non-Personal Information in our discretion.
We may disclose certain Non-Personal Information to SaaS vendors with whom you are purchasing products. Specifically, we may disclose your business’s business name, any credit offers and terms you received from Gynger or Providers including any modifications thereof, and payment history data.

The Website site may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies only to the Website and information collected by us.

Disclosure of Information

We use your Information to make the site easier for you to use by not making you enter your information more than once, where able. It helps you complete requests of Services provided by us. We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third persons except as set forth above. We may however, aggregate Non-Personal Information and disclose that to our trading partners or other industry partners.
Also, if you have come to our website by following a link from one of our affiliates or business partners, they may use the information consistent with their privacy policy instead of this Privacy Policy. Since we do not control how they may use your information, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. In addition, we may disclose your Information to third parties with whom we have a relationship, including our Providers.

We do not store the information we collect directly on our systems but rather utilize Providers to store the information. Accordingly, the privacy policies of those Providers may be applicable. We reserve the right to change Providers without notice to you.

If you provide feedback, any such comments and any email we receive becomes the property of the Company. We may use feedback for marketing purposes or to add to or modify our business operations without paying any royalties or other compensation to you.

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes to it, we will post an alert on the Website. If you object to any such changes, you must cease using the Website. Continued use of the Website following notice of any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
